Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including original packaging and tags.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for size or color only, subject to availability.

  • To request an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
